A Little Molecular

About 4 months ago I had the brilliant idea to infuse the flavor of strawberry into a vodka.  I put a 40oz of vodka into a sealed container that was 3/4 full of fresh strawberrys.  I bottled it and stored it until today, after filtering and straining it I tried it.  It was the most tasty vodka I have ever had, well technically a kind of gin now, but I would recomend doing it.

    I've done similar with watermelon jolly ranchers. Turned out pretty good as well. Good idea you got there.

    I didn't really care for the jolly ranchers one. This smells like fresh jam and tastes even better, downside is the 4 mounths
