Rum

This weekend me and a few friends decided to try 60oz of rum drinks in 48 hours.  Man we tried rum with everything, mojitos, daquiris, rum and coke, rum and oj.  Just to name a few, but we probably tried 40 differnt drinks.  No real recipes this time, just a psa to expand your horizons some time and order or make something you have never had before.

Jolly Rancher infused vodka

Last week I was bored and decided to make a vodka infused with Jolly Rnachers.  I made several different ones for each of the flavors and have to say that this is something I would do again, as these mixes have very bad tastes.  The only one that was sort of good was watermelon.

Soho

So I picked up this little bottle of Soho the other day at the liquor store and thought it had a interesting taste to play around with it.  Soho for those who don't know is a lychee liqueur that is made in france, that has a strong lychee flavor with little alcoholic taste even though it is 21%.
